PixelForce Digital were approached by Haggle Pty Ltd, parent company of the HaggleCo furniture and HaggleBaby brands to re-invent their presence on the web.
Haggle had already found market impact with their infamous advertising spots on TV and good quality, affordable furniture. They wanted this marketing success to translate onto the web. The guys at Haggle were also well aware of the low overheads and big benefits of selling their 200+ products online.
The solution required two full featured new ecommerce websites and we consulted with Haggle staff about which features should be implemented – online sales system, email marketing, HaggleTV and live product search.
We developed a robust website management system allowing site managers to update the websites and products efficiently, and also maximised the traction the sites would get in Google for key search terms.
The new Haggle websites have seen traffic increase by 150% and over 3,000 people signed up to Deals of the Week in the first 6 months, all leading to a rise in conversions and sales.
We positioned HaggleCo as Adelaide's leader in online furniture ordering, with none of their local competitors having a full online order and shipping system.
HaggleBaby also presented an interesting opportunity; its target market of young parents being prolific users of social media. We helped them capitalise on this by integrating social media into all product pages, enabling customers to post these products directly into their friends' news feeds, creating instant social marketing campaigns and placing HaggleBaby products one click away from new customers.
We also implemented email list capture and management to deliver weekly coupon offers to customers who sign up to "Deals of the Week", thus promoting return business.
